Build and launch your academy.

Short steps. Follow them in order once, and you will never need this page again.

01Get access

One key per account. It works once.

Pay and get your key

After payment you receive a key like FOS-7K2P-91QX-4M8D.
It comes on WhatsApp or email.

Activate

Open app.thefounderos.in/studio.
Tap I have an access key.
Enter your name, email and key.

Enter your email code

We email you a login code. Check spam the first time.
Type it in. Your Studio opens.

Next time

Just tap Sign in and use your email.
No passwords to remember.

02Build your academy

Academy → courses → modules → lessons.

Create an academy

+ New academy. Add a name and a free web address.
Make as many as you need, one per program or brand.

Brand it

Brand & settings: logo link, brand colour, light or dark theme.
Add your support WhatsApp and email.

Add a course

+ New course. Add a description and a 16:9 cover image.
Free course, or add your price and payment link (Razorpay, Stripe).

Add modules and lessons

+ Add module, then + Add lesson inside it.
Each lesson: video link, notes, resources (PDFs, Drive links).
Use the arrows to reorder.

Drip and previews

Unlock after (days) opens a lesson X days after the student joins.
Free preview lets anyone watch that lesson before buying.

Hide while building

Turn off Visible in academy on a course until it is ready.
Turn it on to launch.

03Add Bunny Stream videos

Bunny gives smooth playback on every phone for a few hundred rupees a month.

Upload to Bunny

bunny.net → Stream → create a video library.
Upload your lesson videos.

Copy the link

Click a video → copy the Embed or Direct play URL.
It looks like iframe.mediadelivery.net/play/123456/…

Paste into the lesson

Paste in Video link. A preview appears instantly.
YouTube (unlisted) and Vimeo links also work.

Protect your videos

Bunny → your library → Security.
Add app.thefounderos.in and your own domain to Allowed referrers.
Turn on Block direct URL file access.

04Give students access

Students log in with an email code. No passwords, no support tickets.

After someone pays

Open Students, pick the course.
Paste their email (one per line) or upload a CSV.
Tap Give access.

What the student does

Opens your academy link and taps Sign in.
Enters the same email, then the code. Their course is there.

Free courses

Anyone who signs in can tap Start free course.
They appear in your Students list automatically.

Track and export

Search students, remove access, export to Excel (CSV).
Students see their own progress bar.

05Use your own domain

Your free link works instantly. Your own domain takes 5 minutes.

Create a subdomain

In your hosting (Hostinger, GoDaddy, cPanel) create e.g. learn.yourbrand.com.
Turn on free SSL for it.

Save it in Studio

Open your academy → Publish & domain.
Type learn.yourbrand.com → Save domain.

Upload one file

Tap Download academy file. You get index.html.
Upload it to the subdomain's folder in File Manager.

Done

Open your domain. Your academy is live with your brand.
Course changes update automatically. Upload the file only once.

06White-label for your clients

Build academies for coaches you work with, under their brand.

One academy per client

Create a new academy for each client.
Set their logo, colours, support details and domain.

Remove our branding

White-label plan: turn on Remove "Powered by Founder OS" in Brand & settings.
Their students only see the client's brand.

Hand it over

Download the academy file and upload it to the client's domain, or send it to them.
You manage courses and students from your Studio.

Charge your price

You set what your clients pay you.
Ask us for the white-label plan if your key is Standard.

Tip: Keep one test student email (yours) on every course so you can check what students see.
